5. Change Orders

Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing through a change order, which may affect the project cost and timeline.

6. Warranty

  • Workmanship: We guarantee our workmanship for [insert duration, e.g., 1 year] from the completion date, except for materials which carry their manufacturer’s warranty.
